The Scotiabank Giller Light Bash, in support of Frontier College, was an exciting evening where people came together to celebrate Canadian literature and raise money for Frontier College, Canada’s original literacy organization. The Bash is a well-known and well-attended cultural event that has become a must-attend event and a highlight of the Canadian literary scene.

Did you know this event began as a house party in Toronto in 2002? It has since grown to a full-scale fundraising event in eight cities across Canada. Past Giller Prize winning authors have included: Madeleine Thien, Margaret Atwood, Will Ferguson, Elizabeth Hay, Rohinton Mistry, M.G. Vassanji, Michael Ondaatje and Alice Munro!
